Solid Secure Service ("SSS") provides a platform for field service businesses to manage customers, estimates, invoices, and scheduled appointments. As part of this platform, transactional SMS notifications may be sent to end customers on behalf of the service business. These messages include:

• Estimate notifications with a link to view and approve
• Invoice notifications with a link to view and pay
• Appointment reminders for upcoming scheduled jobs
• Technician en-route alerts when a service professional is heading to your location

No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent through this program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service business. You will only receive messages when there is a relevant transactional event (e.g., a new estimate, an upcoming appointment, or a technician departure). Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per month, but may vary.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

You may also contact your service provider directly and ask them to disable SMS notifications for your account.

7. Consent

By providing your phone number to a service business that uses Solid Secure Service, and with notifications enabled for your customer record, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
