When a service business adds a customer to our platform, the following information may be stored:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Phone number(s)
  • Email address
  • Service address
  • Records of estimates, invoices, and scheduled appointments associated with the customer

3. How We Use Your Information

Customer information is used exclusively for transactional notifications related to services provided by the business, including:

  • Sending estimates for review and approval
  • Delivering invoices with payment links
  • Appointment reminders for scheduled jobs
  • Technician en-route alerts when a service professional is on the way

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with:

  • The service business that created your customer record, for the purpose of providing services to you
  • Infrastructure providers (e.g., SMS delivery, email delivery, payment processing) strictly as needed to deliver notifications and process payments

5. SMS Messaging

SMS notifications are sent only when the service business has enabled notifications for your customer record. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact your service provider directly to request that notifications be disabled.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure data storage, and access controls that limit data visibility to authorized personnel only.

7. Data Retention

Customer information is retained for as long as the service business maintains an active account with us, or as required by law. If a business closes their account, associated customer data is deleted within 90 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your service provider or by reaching out to us directly at the contact information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
